I am a qualified lawyer and spent many years in a law practice before moving to a consultant role. It helped pave the way in wanting to do more for my community and wanting to give back. I do believe that a strong leadership can make a difference to performance and I really support the culture in wanting the next generation to be the best of who they can be.
